Lynette Hansen, PhD
Quality Services Director
Lynette oversees the PDL Quality Management Program, Regulatory Compliance, Laboratory Accreditation, Training, and Competency Assessment. She is the Program Director for the School of Clinical Laboratory Science and the Phlebotomy Training Program. She also oversees Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) for the system. Lynette has been with Cottage Health for 34 years and with PDL since its inception.

Joshua Davis
Manager Lab Education Program
Joshua is Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories Program Manager for the CLS School, overseeing lab education and competency programs.
Preparation is key, dedication is essential, and success is inevitable.

Karina Guerra-Medina
Education Coordinator
Karina is a certified phlebotomy technician and certified credential trainer on the Quality Service team.
Karina provides orientation, training activities and competency assessments for all non-licensed personnel (CPTs and Processors). She also coordinates training activities for the Phlebotomy Training Program and School of Clinical Laboratory Science.

Joseph Hicks
POCT Analyst
Joseph is an Analyst supporting Point-of-Care Testing Services. He is responsible for the training and competency of POCT users throughout Cottage Health, and assists in maintaining the quality and compliance program. He also supports laboratory information system applications, and participates in the selection and implementation of new technologies for POCT. Joseph has been with PDL since 2015.

Allison Manchester Reitz
Lab Manager, Quality and POCT Services
Allison is a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with specialty certifications in Hematology and Flow Cytometry. She is the manager for both Quality and Point of Care Services. She also works closely with the Science and Technology team bringing in new lab tests.
Allison has been with Cottage Health since 1996 and with PDL since its inception.

Nga Ngo
Quality System Analyst
Nga is a member of the Laboratory Quality Services Team.
Provides system support to users of designated laboratory systems applications. Assists in the resolution of problems related to these applications and in the implementation of system upgrades and prepares Quality Metrics reports.
