Meet Our Directors
Ran serves as the General Manager for the entire PDL organization. He is a seasoned executive with several decades of experience in a wide variety of laboratory settings. He oversees all operational areas of PDL within the Central Coast and Southern California regions.
Director Support Services
Andrea is a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with over 30 years’ experience managing outreach laboratory services. Andrea is responsible for management of Patient Service Centers, Client Services and Logistics at Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories.
Director Laboratory Science and Technology
Robert is responsible for the overall operation and administration of PDL’s Scientific Laboratory operations. Ensures that all testing processes, provide the required quality, responsiveness, and efficiency established for all aspects of pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic phases of the testing process.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Keith is our Director of Sales and Marketing and joined PDL in 2014. He graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a BA in Business Administration.
Director of Information Technology
Marci is a laboratory management professional with more than 25 years of experience in health system operations and IT. Marci received an MBA from Ohio state University with a concentration in Information Systems. She also completed her undergraduate study in Medical Technology at Ohio State University.
Director Laboratory Testing Operations
Charlene has greater than 35 years of laboratory leadership with Cottage Health/PDL. She oversees the operations of the 4 testing laboratories and hospital phlebotomy services.
Lynette Hansen, PhD
Quality Services Director
Lynette oversees the PDL Quality Management Program, Regulatory Compliance, Laboratory Accreditation, Training, and Competency Assessment. She is the Program Director for the School of Clinical Laboratory Science and the Phlebotomy Training Program. She also oversees Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) for the system. Lynette has been with Cottage Health for 34 years and with PDL since its inception.
Technical Resource Consultant
Teresa is a medical laboratory scientist with extensive experience in laboratory operations and outreach services. Teresa specializes in providing consultative support and project management to the organization.
Vice President of Business Development
David is the Vice President of Business development and is responsible for strategic planning, sales and marketing. Mr. Nichols has over 30 years of experience in the laboratory business.
Chief Financial Officer
Kurt, CPA, MBA, joined Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories as Chief Financial Officer in March of 2018. In this position Kurt is responsible for revenue cycle, financial reporting, auditing, laboratory management, forecasting, operations cost improvement, budgeting, benchmarking and cost accounting. Kurt received his MBA at Western International University and a BS in Accounting at Arizona State University.
