Dr. J. Blaustein has been with the practice for a number of years. His area of expertise is in hematopathology and blood banking. He also serves as the Medical Director of the PDL clinical laboratory and the hospital laboratories at Santa Barbara, Goleta Valley, and Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospitals.
